Nicolai Imset

I have spent close to thirty years in enterprise IT, most of it leading presales teams across Europe. I have hired engineers, sat on panels, and written the job descriptions. I have also been the candidate, rewriting the same resume late at night for a role that answered three weeks later, if at all.

Both seats taught me the same thing. The people doing the work on either side of the hiring table are underserved by their tools. Imseta is my attempt to fix a piece of that, one focused product at a time.

I write about hiring, presales, and building these products at nicolaiimset.com.
