Two workshops. Both built by the person who ships with these tools daily.
Built by someone who ships with these tools every day. English or Norwegian. Online or on site. Current-generation AI tools: Claude, Gemini, and the agentic workflows behind them.
That is a small part of the job. It is not the part that changes how your team works.
This workshop is run by the person who built the products on this site. Solo, with these exact tools. You see real systems, not slides. You can look at the work first on the products page.
One focused block. Best when the team already has a specific workflow in mind.
Time to build, break, and rebuild. Best when you want setups running before we finish.
Up to 10 people. Online or on site. Travel is added for sessions outside Vestfold and Oslo.
Most companies roll out AI tools before they roll out a policy. This workshop closes that gap in one day.
Before the session, I ask for two or three real AI use cases from your own work. The live failure demo and the exercises are built around them, matched to the tools your team already runs, not a generic example.
If your sector carries rules on top of GDPR, tell me in advance and I bring the reference for it.
The day moves through how these models actually work: training cutoffs, hallucination, and why confidence isn't accuracy. From there into safe use: data privacy, GDPR, data residency, and shadow AI. Then ethical use: bias, disclosure, and misuse. It closes with your own acceptable use policy, drafted in the room, and one safe workflow you build yourself.
The half day covers the same ground at a faster pace. The policy becomes a take-home template instead of something we finish together, and the hands-on build is one workflow, not a deeper one.
The mechanics, the safe-use rules, and one workflow, at a faster pace.
Time for the policy draft, the live failure demo, and your own safe workflow.
Up to 10 people. Online or on site. Travel is added for sessions outside Vestfold and Oslo.
Before Imseta I spent close to thirty years in enterprise IT, at Dell, Nutanix, and Oracle. I know how these conversations go inside a real company.
Both workshops are run solo, by the person who built the six products on this site with these exact tools. See the work on the products page.
The hard questions get real answers. Data residency. GDPR. What your CISO will ask before any of this reaches production. I answer those from experience, and from having implemented them on this very portfolio.
If a workshop doesn't give your team something you can use the next day, tell me. We fix it together in a free follow-up session.
